Every booking
Setup and pack down are included, so there is nothing bulky for you to transport.
Mats, shapes and high-touch surfaces are wiped down and sanitised before every booking.

Planning your space
You do not need a floor plan. Send one clear photo, rough width and depth, and tell us about any steps or narrow access.
Good to know
Grass, decking, concrete or indoors — we bring mats either way. We just need a reasonably flat area and access without stairs where possible.
The soft play suits crawlers to about age 5. The bounce castle suits roughly 2 to 8. We'll help you pick the right setup for your crowd.
As a guide, allow about 4 × 4m for Mini soft play, 6 × 5m for Soft play + castle, and 7 × 6m for the Full party setup. Send a photo and rough measurements if you would like us to check before you book.
Yes. We need a standard power point within 20m of the castle. We bring the blower, lead, anchoring and safety mats.
We can move the setup indoors or under cover if there's room. If there's no dry option, you can reschedule to another date without losing your deposit.
No bond. We check the equipment at pack down, and honest wear from normal play is on us.
Yes. An adult needs to supervise the play area for the whole hire. We explain the key safety points when setup is complete.
